About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads and drive sales for our Website Development and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, online bidding platforms, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities
– Generate leads for Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services
– Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
– Reach out to prospects via cold emails, LinkedIn, and messaging
– Handle client communication and requirement understanding
– Schedule meetings and coordinate with technical team
– Prepare proposals and follow up with clients
– Maintain lead pipeline and sales reports
– Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Requirements
– Experience in IT services sales / digital marketing sales
– Knowledge of website development & digital marketing services
– Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Self-motivated and target-oriented
– Experience with Upwork / Freelancer (Preferred)
– Ability to work independently in remote environment
Good to Have
– Existing client database
– Experience in international sales (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
– Understanding of WordPress, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing
