About the Role
Join Glycozen Infotech as a Full Stack Developer to build an innovative AI-powered digital marketing platform. You’ll create core components like competitor analyzers, content brief generators, and persona builders. This is a freelance/contract opportunity with the potential to grow into a longer-term role.
Key Responsibilities
Build web components like Brief Generator, Persona Builder, Dashboard
– Integrate OpenAI APIs for AI content generation
– Develop clean, modular UIs
– Implement backend services (auth, data, APIs)
– Setup database (MongoDB/Firebase/PostgreSQL)
– Regular progress updates and reporting

💼 Job Opportunity: IT Support Technician – Rollout & Deployment Project (L2 Support)
📍 Location: Nuremberg, Germany
📅Start Date: 02.06.2025
🕒Duration: Medium-term (until 30.09.2025 and Extendable)
🔄Support Model: Rollout Support
🔧Service Level: Level 2 (L2) Support
📆Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays)
📝 Project Scope
We are preparing for a major PC rollout/migration project and are seeking experienced field technicians in Nuremberg. The assignment includes:
1. POC Phase – Mass Deployment
- Deployment of devices (laptops/desktops) using a step-by-step guide provided by the client.
2. Helping Hands Activities
- On-site technical assistance and support activities as required.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in OS imaging, re-imaging, and device deployment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or equivalent imaging/deployment tools.
- Understanding of device migration processes and system configuration.
- Experience with user account and device enrollment (MDM, AD, Azure AD).
- Network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
- Up-to-date with IT industry trends and technologies.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.

- Strong customer service and client interaction skills.
- Excellent communication in both spoken and written form.
- Commitment to detail and execution excellence.
- Ability to deliver a positive and professional user experience.
➕ Additional Skills
- Experience as a Workplace Engineer or in PC rollout roles.

- English: Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
